School Rules : Canfield School

Every student is required to have and to read a copy of the school diary which must be brought to school everyday. Ignorance of the rules will not be accepted as an excuse.
Students must be regular and punctual, habitual absence, idleness and disobedience justifies dismissal.
Personal hygine and cleanliness is expected from every child.
Care of school property and cleanliness and orderliness of the school premises, is the duty of the student. They are asked not to deface the walls or ruin the furniture. Dustbins are provided for waste paper, damage to school property or premises will have to be paid for.
Strict silence is to be maintained in the class room and on the verandhas during the school hours. No one may therefore bring to school any object which would prove a source of distraction.
The school is not responsible for articles lost, students must look after their own things. It is advisiable not to bring articles of value to school.
The use of book, newspaper or magazines other than those needed for classwork are not allowed without permission from the Principal in the class rooms.
